We visited the store in hopes to finding a beautiful sofa, and we were not disappointed! The store itself was beautiful, clean, and had such a huge selection of sofas to choose from. Ronnie helped us, and she was so kind and informative. She made our experience great! It took 3 weeks for our sofa to be delivered and let me just say, we are LOVING it! So beautiful and comfy. Definitely coming back to Living Spaces for our furniture in the future!

The experience at this store was top tier ! We had been to six or seven different stores looking to furnish the home we are purchasing, and this store was by far the best. We didn’t feel pressured, we were helped not ushered or pushed in a direction we weren’t trying to go! Ended up picking out the perfect stuff for our new home! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Great store with a large selection of every kind of furniture! Most of the furniture is modern-esc, so we didn't get anything as we were looking for something more frou frou this time. They offer free coffee and have a bar with a few beverages. They have a large kids play area, more like a daycare with someone attending to kids. Staff was friendly and they don't follow you around desperately hoping for a sale, since they don't work on commission. Will definitely come back when I need something more modern.

I always enjoy coming to Living Spaces to browse, even if I’m not looking to buy anything. We visited this last Saturday and everyone we interacted with was super helpful & knowledgeable with the brands and products on display. I was eager to see a Rincon 3 piece sectional & one of the associates knew exactly where in the store it was. We weren’t followed, no one was hovering, and there was always someone within distance for us to call over and ask a question. We ended up speaking with a gentleman, I genuinely forgot his name but I think it was Emilio? He was friendly, helpful, had a great sense of humor, & we ended up buying a different couch than what we came in for. Customer service center was great, everyone there is genuinely friendly and seems to love their job. Thank you Living Spaces for making furniture shopping such a less overwhelming experience, I can’t wait to get my new couch!!

We had a great experience initially at Living Spaces. The process of picking out furniture was genuinely fun, and we found a couch we absolutely loved for our family. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we especially want to recognize Brandy, the cashier, who stayed late so we could pay in cash. That extra effort was truly appreciated. Steve, the manager, was also great during the process. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after we placed a custom order after 8:00 p.m. We were unsure whether the larger couch would fit our space. Roni, the top sales associate, advised us to order the larger size and told us that if it didn’t fit, we could call first thing the next morning to make changes. When we did exactly that, we were told no changes could be made because the order was custom and placed after hours. Staff would not honor what their own top sales associate told us, stating they could not override it. As a result, to get the same couch in the correct size, we are being forced to cancel the original order with a 25% cancellation fee and then pay an additional $300—after already paying $3,752. This policy and the lack of accountability for incorrect information given by their staff has been extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, I would not recommend shopping here. UPDATE: Someone finally helped me! Thank you to Christy, Scott, Teresa, and Zeke at Living Spaces for helping me navigate this whole situation. It was a stressful and confusing process, but you all stepped in, listened, and actually worked to help resolve it. You are the real MVPs, and I truly appreciate your patience and support.

We had an amazing experience furnishing our new home at Living Spaces. PJ was incredibly helpful, patient and professional throughout the whole process. He truly cared about helping us find the right pieces for our space and made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with PJ if you visit!

My wife and I went in to buy a lift chair for my elderly mother. The sales manager greeted us at the door, explained where to find the chairs we were looking for and told us that none of the salespeople worked on commission. That was a nice surprise. The store had a wide selection of all kinds and styles of furniture, including a large selection of lift chairs. The salesperson was very patient and made my mother feel like she was the only customer in the store. We couldn’t be happier with the service, the selection and the experience. We will definitely shop here again.

We came in, found the perfect sectional within minutes. Our sales person was amazing. William and Roger are the best delivery team! Such an efficient team, major major props to the delivery team for getting it set up quick. They even helped us plug in the sectional to where we didn’t have to try and figure it out after they left. We won’t be shopping anywhere else for our furniture!

We have been here a few times recently as we are having to furnish an entire house for 5 people. The staff is very nice and since it isn't commission based, they aren't following you around like vultures. My kids actually ask to go here because they love the play place. The workers in the play place today were really nice too and were actually talking to my kids and interacting with them asking what they liked and stuff. They have a really wide selection of furniture, lots of colors, and the furniture seems higher quality than a lot of the big name furniture store at the same price or cheaper. They are connecting us with an interior designer they have in the store to help us. We are planning to buy most of our pieces from here, and I really appreciate that they don't pressure us to "buy today".
